Fence Installation
We believe that every home needs a fence. Whether you’re getting your first one installed or are looking to replace your old fence. East Side Fence is here to help. All of our fences are fully customizable – you choose the look, we’ll do the heavy lifting. We even haul away your old fence for free!
Gate Installation
Gates are a great option for those that desire extra security. We offer both automatic gate installation, as well as, manual gate installation. Not sure if you’d prefer a sliding or swinging gate? East Side Fence will help you choose the best option to suit your needs.
Fence Repair
Is your fence cracked, broken, or falling down? East Side Fence can fix it. We’ll restore your fence and make it look like new. No job is too small!
Railing Installation

We stain and paint. We also can pressure was or bleach your old fence, presuming it’s still functional of course.

Here at East Side Fence, we understand what a huge decision this can be, sometimes a forced one. We’ll help make this disruption as pleasant as we can. Following are some questions and concerns we’ve encountered over the years.
Getting Started
Are estimates free?
Yes. Our first job is to give you good information at absolutely zero obligation. Surprisingly, decisions about what fence to install take a bit time to analyze. We encourage multiple bids and discussion about what style looks best. There are price differences in fences but generally you are able to achieve a lot of different looks for a similar cost.
I've decided on building a fence, what happens next?
We think you made a great choice! Before installing fences we will call for utility locates. Please allow access to your back yard prior to installation. Additionally, we kindly ask that you inform your neighbors that the fence will be down for the duration of the install. We will get you a firm install date as soon as possible upon being awarded the job. Also please notify your Homeowners Association to ensure compliance with their guidelines.
When can you start?
We will work hard to accommodate your schedule requirements whether that means pushing the job out or starting right away. However, generally we schedule 1-3 weeks from time of proposal acceptance.
Should I split this with my neighbors?
In Texas the most common fencing systems are shared, i.e., people do not build two fences next to each other. That means sharing cost is definitely an option, though not always pursued. I am happy to work with two neighbors to achieve both fencing needs. Additionally, some HOA guidelines will be prescriptive in assigning fence costs FYI.
Pricing and Payment
Are your prices competitive?
Yes, it is our belief that when quality of material is level, price becomes the most important factor in our client’s selection process. We welcome price competition.
What is the cheapest fence?
Typically a 4-ft chain link fence comes in at the cheapest, but not in every situation. Wood is competitive with chain link and Ornamental Iron and PVC are the most expensive.

Methods of Payment?
We accept most forms of payment, and we process credit cards via PayPal which will add a credit card servicing fee. We quote that fee at 3% of the amount being paid via credit card. The most common form of payment in this industry is check.
Are taxes included?
Yes, all municipality taxes are included.
